Sims 3 Time Model

In the Sims Freeplay the Time Model followed the real time of day, like you would need to send you Sim to work when it was really 9:00. I can't do that.
I want a Sims game that is on simulated time like the PC version. Is The Sims 3 for the Android on simulated time?
