My network magic says I'm not connected to the internet

My network magic (5.5.9195.0-pure0) version:11.2.9195.1 says I'm not connected to the internet, but I am. It can't repair the connection, or itself. Whats wrong? The last update for it was on 3/17/2010

I have exactly the same problem -- I have Network Magic installed on all 5 of my home PCs and they all say they can't connect to the internet. This started in the last week or so. I believe it is not working because the Pure Network web site is not working. On one of the PCs, I uninstalled Network Magic and then tried to re-install it -- I could not enter my license key as it would not connect to the license server. I could not even use the trial version, even though I have purchased this software several years ago. I am hoping the pure Network web site comes back up, but i am afraid that Cisco has shuttered it as they have discontinued support for this product after purchasing the company for $120 Million in 2008.
