the best Antivirus software which doesn't delete Keygens

Which is the best Antivirus software which doesn't delete automatically the keygens or patches from a downloaded torrent?
I have AVG and i hate it very much. It is very annoying. It sees all keygens as trojan, which they are Not.

Any suggestions please, will be appreciated.
