i have been using kmplayer for a while now and im having this odd problem that i never happen before. when i tried to load a file to play it suddenly pop up a sign 'this application has failed to start because PNCTR.dll was not found re-installing the application may fix this problem' but if i keep pressing ok for a few times, the file can load it self after. but when i want to load a different file, the sign occurs again ive tried re install but it still pop up the sign.. can you suggest me what to do... please and thank you

I recently bought a new computer and I installed km player..unfortunately after that Firefox keeps freezing on my...what do I have to do to prevent it...now I've uninstalled it and done a system reboot..and firefox works fine again??? Hope someone can help me out Suzette
