Question under discussion
Converting MP4 to MP3 is easy, because there are lots of apps that do exactly that.
Try Format Factory (http://format-factory.en.softonic.com/) - it's probably the most popular. Just remember that MP4 is a video format, and MP3 is an audio format, so if you convert one to the other, you may lose content - in other words, you'll just get the sound.
If Format Factory doesn't suit, look here: http://en.softonic.com/windows/multi-format.
