There's a super easy step-by-step tutorial here to get rid of msn once and for all:
First, in order to delete WLM 2011, go to control panel > Programs and Features, find Windows Live Essentials 2011, right click on it and choose uninstall/change option.
In the next screen, choose Remove one or more Windows Live Programs.
In order to delete Windows Live Messenger 2011, you need to remove the full list of programs in Windows Live Essentials. If you need and want to, you can reinstall the suite afterwards (and remember not click on WLM 2011 then).
Restart Windows after the process is complete.
1. Did You try to ininstall it from Control Panel?
(Win 7 - Start/ Type into search box: "uninstall a program", click it, select WLM 2011 and click uninstall)
2. Click the link, click Run Now, download it, then open, follow the instructions and it's done. Link:
Hope it worked!
